1. Scope of Practice & Clinical Disclaimer Marina Bekker operates as a certified Somatic, Timeline Regression, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, utilizing the Grinberg Method. These services utilize bottom-up nervous system regulation, physical intervention, and cognitive rewiring techniques.

Not Medical Advice: This practice is not a substitute for licensed psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or traditional psychological treatment.
Client Responsibility: You acknowledge that somatic bodywork is an active, physical intervention. You agree to disclose any relevant physical injuries, conditions, or medical history prior to beginning a protocol, and you assume all responsibility for your participation in this physical rewiring.

2. Bookings, Payments, and The 5-Session Protocol Due to the intense, personalized demand of this clinical work, all sessions are subject to approval.

Pricing: In-person and virtual rates are explicitly stated at the time of booking. All payments must be completed prior to the start of the session.
Concierge Travel: In-home somatic bodywork requires an additional premium travel fee (currently $100 per session), payable at the time of booking.
Protocol Commitment: The 5-session clinical intervention is designed as a complete biological reset. Clients are expected to commit to the full protocol to achieve the intended physical breakthroughs.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocol Deep somatic rewiring requires mutual respect for time, energy, and physical boundaries.

24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is strictly required to cancel or reschedule any session.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in a charge for the full session rate.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including text, clinical descriptions, graphics, and methodology frameworks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Marina Bekker. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marina Bekker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or participation in somatic bodywork and coaching sessions.
